Digital Products
The Steady Household sells digital downloadable products. No physical products are shipped.
Due to the digital nature of our products and the ability to access and retain downloaded files, we do not offer voluntary refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind once digital files have been delivered or made available for download, except where required by applicable law.
Please review the product description, included file formats and compatibility information before purchasing.
Download Issues and Defective Files
We want customers to receive the digital products they purchased in working condition.
If you experience any of the following issues, please contact us:
- Your purchased files were not delivered or cannot be accessed.
- A downloaded file is corrupted or defective.
- You received an incorrect product or file.
- The product materially differs from its description.
- You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
We will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide technical assistance, replacement files or a refund.
Nothing in this policy limits remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws.

For privacy reasons, please do not send completed planner files containing personal or sensitive household information.
Approved Refunds
When a refund is approved, it will ordinarily be issued to the original payment method.
Processing times depend on your payment provider and financial institution.
Consumer Rights
This policy does not exclude, restrict or modify any consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Customers may have additional rights under the laws applicable to their purchases, including statutory cancellation, refund and digital-content protections.
